1. Acceptance of Terms

pph90'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE DEPOSITED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

IN NO EVENT SHALL pph90 BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Account Closure and Termination

10.1 Termination by Player

You may request closure of your pph90 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure:

• Any remaining account balance after deducting outstanding obligations will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
• Active bonuses and promotional funds will be forfeited.
• Account closure is typically irreversible, and reopening requires approval from pph90 management.

10.2 Termination by pph90

pph90 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or improper activity involving your account.
• You fail identity verification or provide false information.
• Your account shows patterns consistent with problem gambling and you have not responded to our responsible gaming interventions.
• Required by law, regulation, or order from competent authorities.

Upon termination by pph90, your account balance may be forfeited if termination results from fraudulent activity, breach of terms, or other serious misconduct. 11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

• The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines.
• The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
• The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on both parties.
• Each party shall bear their own costs associated with arbitration unless the arbitrator awards costs to the prevailing party.

You may also submit complaints to PAGCOR regulatory authorities in accordance with their complaint handling procedures.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and pph90 regarding use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

12.2 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without pph90's prior written consent. pph90 may freely assign these Terms without restriction.

12.3 Waiver
